Field Business Development
General responsibilities:
1. Manage the execution of country/channel/product expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
2. Identify, evaluate and manage business opportunities/leads in securing sales pipeline in line with short- and long-term financial goals
3. Manage research/feasibility studies/market scan, evaluate findings and prepares information for decision-making
4. Manage the negotiation process. Prepare contracts, providing inputs on proper pricing and contract terms. Identify upselling opportunities and manage contract renegotiations with existing clients
5. Manage the improvement of current Business Development processes and cross-functional collaboration to drive effectiveness and minimize redundancy
6. Drive and coordinate activities related to Business Development workforce capability and client/customer data management
1. Demonstrate business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills
2. Proven client management skills
3. Degree in Finance/Business Studies/Marketing preferred
4. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function, especially in market analysis, marketing, finance business partner and development related work
5. Experience in pharma/medical device/healthcare industry preferred
