Job Scope
1. Achieve company target while controlling sales expenses and market share for the appointed customer. Externally, this role needs to lead customer negotiation and discussion to achieve company target. Internally, this role needs to collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing team on investment planning and resource preparation as well as supply chain on demand plan.
2. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) includes: Sales, Offtake, Channel GP, Trade Spend & Investment Effectiveness and Efficiency, Customer fundamental across in-store enablers & Forecast accuracy.
Key Responsibility
Retailer Management
1. Build the joint business plan with the account(s). Lead discussion of internal meetings by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
2. Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer.
Strategy & Budget Planning
1. Build accurate forecasts and achieve the account (s) targets: NTS, market share, profit. Manage trade spend accordingly.
2. Prepare and lead the account (s) negotiations, escalating and build action plan to tie with commercial strategy. Coop with field sales team to ensure execution and track down to store level data.
3. Act as the expert of the accounts to feed a retailer-centric account planning process, to ensure company align and support related resources.
4. Work closely with other departments (Supply, Trade marketing, Finance, marketing). Ensure the consistency of all business elements tie with account plan and commercial strategy.
Bachelor’s degrees or above
Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG sales or trade marketing
Well discipline & proactive mindset
Strong communication skill and capability to face high pressure
Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
Good communication and negotiation skill
Good English communication (Written and oral) ability
