1. Identifying what, exactly, about the company makes it attractive to candidates; highlighting key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors
2. Ensure our career site continues to be a true and relevant reflection of who we are as an employer
3. Leverage candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
4. Develop and lead the implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns and collaborate with sourcing & university program team to support specific campaigns and events
5. Support recruiters by partnering on creative sourcing strategies and assisting in writing unique job descriptions for core roles
6. Gather and analyze company’s talent markets to offer insights to relevant stakeholders in determining recruitment strategies and sourcing plan

1. A strategic, flexible, and detail oriented style with strong analytical skills and an ability to frame complex issues and problems and seek optimal solutions
2. Self-directed, forward thinker who can bring new ideas to the forefront based on looking at trends and external best practices
3. Highly energetic, excellent writing and communication skills and curious

【Other Requirements】
1. Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources with strong preference for those who have prior Marketing experience in advertising agency or employer branding role, ideally working for large corporates
2. Ability to write in a well-structured, purposeful manner for advertising, intranet/internet, social media and any other channels
3. Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others and experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools
